I very nearly busted up laughing in the middle of the Sacrament closing prayer. After a little coaxing, Cadence obediently folded her arms and bowed her head (but kept looking at me from the corner of her eye). The prayer must've gone on too long for her taste, because she said "Amen" out of nowhere and immediately went back to her coloring books.
I had to put a hand over my mouth to keep from giggling in the middle of the prayer.
Then tonight, as we did our bedtime prayers, she pulled the same stunt. I was halfway through our usual prayer (yeah, I say the same quick prayer each night... at least for now) she pronounced "Amen!" and scrambled into bed. Again, all I could do was try not to laugh and shake my head.
